    Description

    Thos is a 00 Confederate States Bond agreement from 1863 bearing The Great Seal of North Carolina.  This piece is in rather ruff condition, but could be presented very nicely with care and proper framing.  I feel it should actually be in a museum, as with 2 other Confederate paper pieces I have offered here on ebay.
    Condition is 'as seen' could be a very nice museum piece when framed properly with care.
    I have a vast amount of vintage paper and stamps to part with as time permits.
