    This lot is for a nice Confederate Era Interest Payment Coupon from " The Boston , Hartford & Erie Rail Road Company " ,000 Bond (lot #5).  There's an AWESOME PICTURE OF AN OLD STEAM LOCOMOTIVE TRAIN ON FRONT that gives this note excellent eye appeal!!  GUARANTEED 100% GENUINE & AUTHENTIC.  The coupon is from a 1867 dated ,000 Bond from The Boston Hartford & Erie Rail Road Company.  It is super nice & crisp with little signs of use or wear, only the 1 coupon shown in first 2 pictures is included in this lot.  These are small - about 1 inch x 2.5 inches.
    Note says;
    "" The Boston , Hartford & Erie Rail Road Company  Will pay the bearer THIRTY FIVE DOLLARS in The City of New York on The 1st Day of July 1875 for Semi annual Interest on Bond No. 5696 ""
    followed by the signature.  THIS BOND WAS USED IN THE USA & AND AT BOTTOM it shows it was printed by & says in print
    "AMERICAN BANK NOTE CO. N.Y."
    .
    We think this is a very nice historical Civil War era item with super nice eye appeal but since this is a
    1 Cent Start NO RESERVE AUCTION
    please see photo's & judge for yourself.
    THIS IS NOT A STOCK PHOTO, YOU GET THE ACTUAL LOT SHOWN IN PICS.
    PICTURES #4 & #5 SHOW FRONT OF BOND & BACK WITH DATE, THESE ARE NOT INCLUDED & ARE SHOWN FOR ACCURACY & AUTHENTICITY ONLY.  The Bond was printed in 1867 - the coupon has a later date as it was not set to mature & be cashed in until the 1870's.  This lot will make a nice addition to any collection or set.
    We have a small batch of these & other denominations & every note is a little different so be sure to check out our other auctions.  This is a small size note that was cut from a large Bond, it's approx. 1 x 3 inches.  It has a bold signature & all lettering/print is very easy to see.  It's in very nice shape with little wear or handling as it was cut from a bond that was remarkably preserved - its a very nice item considering its 150 + years old!  Nice eye appeal with good color on an original lot that has never been cleaned or messed with.
