This is an Original Authorized Day-Fan Radio Dealer's Franchise Agreement with Domestic Electric Appliance Company of Peoria, Illinois, distributor for The Dayton Fan and Motor Company, signed and dated, by and between Cambridge Radio & Electric Company of Cambridge, Illinois on August 31st, 1925. There are 2 different documents, (1) is the contract dated August 31, 1925 and (1) is a cover letter from Domestic Electric Appliance Company that accompanied the contract on September 3, 1925. They are in very nice condition as is shown in the photos. They are very frameable/displayable for any discerning Day-Fan collector. They are from a local collection and have been on display with his collection for many years. They do show some wear and tear from age and it looks like the original paper clip is still in place holding them together. Please look at the photos for detail. Thank you.
