COPELAND SPODE ENGLAND NEW STONE TOBACCO LEAF DEMITASSE CUP & SAUCER SETS - PATTERN MARKED AS W50.
This listing is for a 2 demitasse cup and saucer sets in the beautiful, hard to find Tobacco Leaf pattern W50 from Copeland-Spode, England.
This pattern, inspired from a Chinese pattern, was first introduced in 1815 on Spode's Stone China (Spode's New Stone china was first made in 1820). It is also sometimes called Cabbage, or with a pattern number of 2061 (older). I have also found this pattern marked W5080.
These pieces are in very good pre-owned condition, showing no chips, cracks or repairs. They do show some of the typical wear of pre-owned dinnerware. There is some wear to the brown trim.

All pieces bear the same Copeland Spode England New Stone mark. They are marked with the pattern number W50.
