This is new with the original SAMPLE hang tag from Body Wrappers, TP721. This is a performance ballet russe tutu dress.  The velvet burgundy top has princess seams, with suntan adjustable detachable straps.  The ivory short tutu has an overlay skirt with gold thread argyle design, and attached briefs.
The size is a medium adult.
