Probably one of the more rare things you’ll come across on eBay, and likely a holy grail for Cheez-It collectors, this is a box & card from a cake to celebrate Cheez-It’s 100th Anniversary in 2021.
Released in VERY limited quantities in May of 2021 and available only via Goldbelly, the Cake was made with real Cheez-It crackers, and featured a caramel/Cheez-It crumb, Strawberry Nesquick frosting, and prailined Cheez-It topping. And YES it was DELICIOUS. To get your own, check out the people who made it, SugarGoat. It is regularly available (not a plug, just really feel guilty about bragging that I got one to fellow Cheez-It fans) but NOT with the box or card.
As I’m sure some Cheez-It collector ended up disappointed that they couldn’t get one, and would’ve kept the box to commemorate the occasion, I held on to mine in case anybody would care to pick it up for their collection. The pictured box is the ACTUAL box you will receive. It measures just over 8x8x6” assembled. The card is 6x4.” Yes, there’s a few spots on it from the frosting touching the box. They have been cleaned as best I could, but the dye in the icing stained the paper. It’s really relatively minimal.
This is a gorgeous Nestle canister featuring Santa and the timeless “The Night Before Christmas”
I ate the candy that came with it over 20 years ago, because I assumed that you would just throw it out 20 years later. Plus I saved you cash on shipping. You’re welcome. It’s been well kept and is overall in very good shape.
