    Description

    Original Civil War period dice shaker/cup with dice.  Cup is carved and turned treen wood in nice condition.  It has a crack on one side but still is in solid condition.  Measures 2-3/4" tall by 1-1/4" in diameter.  The dice are hand carved animal bone (most likely bovine) and measure about 1/4".  Perfect size to fit in a backpack.  Both are typical items know to be carried by the average soldier during the Civil War and used on down time during encampments.  Perfect for a Civil War gaming display or soldier's personal items display.
