    Description

Civil War soldiers tin cup recovered on The Gettysburg Battlefield. The cup is in relic condition as dug and is in three pieces. The cup came out of one of the earliest Gettysburg Relic collections. It was displayed by L. N. Buehler who was a druggist in Gettysburg during the battle. After the battle he displayed relics in his store and also had some in the famous Danner Museum on Baltimore Street in Gettysburg. This item could have been on display in either location. Items from the Buehler Collection are extremely scarce and are highly collectible. It also has an original tag after it left Buehler’s collection.
Note: The cup is in relic condition. It is pushed in from the pressure of the ground on it. There are 3 separate pieces.
