    Description

    Here's a beautiful 1861 Silver Half Dime dug many years ago on private land along the United States Ford Road, near Chancellorsville battlefield. It's in great condition on both sides, with a nice, clear date. It helps that this date is the most desirable in the run. U.S. Ford was the main Union retreat route from the battlefield, and much equipment was lost and abandoned. An awesome coin to add to your relic collection.
