    Description

    Eagle Buttons Worn In Battle "Before Richmond The Seven Days Fight". Condition is "Used".  The eagle buttons were worn during the Civil War as stated in the very old note. The battles included are: "White Oak Swamp", "Williamsburg" and "Yorktown".  The soldier noted the details of the buttons in the 1870 label.  Very unusual relic of the war.  The label says it all.  There is also what looks like the soldier's name in the label.  The label is written in period ink.  This was no doubt a very treasured keepsake of the Soldier and his experiences during the war.  Shipped with USPS Flat Rate Class.
