    Offered here is a fine 19th century engraving of Civil War General William S. Rosecrans, 8 1/2" x 11" (including margins), published by Johnson Fry & Co. (NY) in 1863.  Disbound from some text, some light toning/ stain spot in margins, otherwise in excellent condition.  WILLIAM S. ROSECRANS (1819-1898) was a Union General, inventor, and diplomat.
