I got this when I bought my '08 ElectraGlide in the free first year of HoG packet that they give you.  I don't put patches on my leather goods and I already had a different one on a denim vest anyway.
So, for 13 years it's been in a box.  It really should be out on a jacket or vest.
It is new, but if it came in any packaging, it's long gone.
Private listing, buyer remains anonymous to other eBay users in case you want to re-sell.
