This dress is brand new with the original hang tags. It is a lightweight knit empire line dress with red sequin cloth collar and cuffs. The cuff of the sleeve has an elastic loop to hold it down along the arm when you are raising your arms. I am showing the model in white just to show you how wide this dress is at the hem. THIS DRESS IS RED. It is not finished at the hem (that is the way all Sisterly grace praise wear dresses are, it is intentional so you can cut it off if you need , no need for finishing as the fabric does not ravel).  I cannot get anymore of these and all I have are in this listing.The back has a zipper, This item is
