    You are getting 12 of these hats. They were custom made by Wolff Fording to go with the costume you see in the catalog shot, They are all flag gold as I am showing and I believe this is all I have. Child or adult as they have to be pinned on no matter who you put them on. It looks oversized on my "head" because she doesn't have any hair. This hat sold for each. Each hat is a polyester straw ultraweave base with the fabric tacked on. The black velvet back bow is also tacked on (but not easy to remove). The hat base was made in China. The hat was made in Richmond Virigina at the Wolff Fording factory on Main Street. ttcbx78
