Vintage Merrythought mohair teddy bear

Vintage Merrythought mohair teddy bear. This 15 inch fully jointed bear is of a yellow gold mohair particular to Merrythought that has faded. Aside from that he is in splendiferous condition with glass eyes, embroidered nose, mouth and claws, which I now see are missing from his left foot. Felt paw pads show no wear. He is stuffed with excelsior and kapok with a growler that?s no longer working. I have added the bow tie of vintage ribbon. This bear dates to the late 1950?s. ITEM ID 3236
