weighted antique vintage hospital doll hand painted.
Estimated to be from the 1930s-40s this is a weighted “hospital doll” used in obstetric and nursing training. The head is made of a semi soft plastic, and the body is leather like (but most certainly not leather, I’m not sure). The details of the face on these dolls were hand painted.
