This is a Weissman Adult Small One Piece Costume. High ruffled neck.
Ruffle long sleeve.
Whit Lace and a black velvet bottom with a pleated waist.
Attached is a fully lined adjustable strap cami.
2 snaps at the neck for easy on and off.
*flaw* for some reason I think the bottom was attached backwards. The front of bottoms is turned around. But my daughter wore the whole season and it didnt seem to bother her. Message for more pictures.
